What is HZ-Television V3?

HZ-Television V3 is the most complete smart-display system for FiveM. It turns every screen on your server — wall-mounted TVs, curved cinema screens, huge billboards, vehicle dashboards, and custom props — into a fully functional display that can play content from 14 different video and audio platforms.

Players can watch YouTube, Twitch streams, DailyMotion, Vimeo, Kick, Spotify, and more. Each screen operates independently, so one bar can play a football match while the cinema shows a movie and billboards display server ads.

The problem with existing TV scripts

Most FiveM TV scripts are limited:

• Only support YouTube or a single platform
• Can't handle multiple screens with different content
• No vehicle screen support
• No billboard or cinema mode
• Break when platform URLs change format
• Heavy on server resources with constant syncing

14 platform integrations

Every major video and audio platform is supported out of the box:

• Video — YouTube, Twitch, DailyMotion, Vimeo, Kick, Rumble
• Audio — SoundCloud, Spotify
• Direct — MP4, WebM, M3U8 (HLS) direct URLs
• Custom — any embeddable URL (server dashboards, custom pages)

URL format changes are handled automatically. Players paste a link and it works.

Screen types

• Wall TVs — standard flat-screen TVs placed on walls in interiors
• Cinema screens — large curved displays for movie theater setups
• Billboards — massive outdoor screens visible from a distance
• In-Vehicle TV — dashboard screens in compatible vehicles
• Custom props — any 3D model with a render target surface

Render target technology

HZ-Television uses GTA V's native render target system to project video content onto 3D surfaces. This means video plays directly on the in-game object, not as a floating 2D overlay. Players see the screen from any angle with proper perspective.

Per-screen independence

Every screen on your server is independent. Players or admins can set different content on each one. The bar TV shows sports, the casino shows a Twitch stream, billboards rotate advertisements — all simultaneously, all synced across players.

Admin controls via HZ-Bridge

Server admins can manage all screens through the HZ-Bridge admin panel:

• Set content on any screen remotely
• Schedule billboard rotations
• Lock certain screens to admin-only control
• Monitor which content is playing where

Performance

Video playback runs entirely client-side in NUI (CEF browser). The server only synchronizes which URL is assigned to which screen — a lightweight string sync operation. Screens that aren't being watched by any nearby player consume zero resources.
