Terms of Service

Purchasing on this site grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run the software on the FiveM servers you operate. The licence is perpetual for the version you bought, and includes updates for as long as the product is maintained.

You may modify the configuration and the parts of the source distributed in a readable form, for your own server. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the software or its assets, whether modified or not, and whether free of charge or not.

Escrowed resources remain bound to the Cfx.re account used at purchase. Sharing that access with third parties is a breach of this licence.

Our products are digital software, delivered immediately. Because delivery is instant and the software cannot be returned once downloaded or unlocked on your Cfx.re account, purchases are final and non-refundable.

This does not remove your statutory rights. If a product does not work as described on a supported setup, open a ticket on our Discord before requesting a chargeback — a defect that we cannot fix is handled case by case, and we would rather refund you than leave you with software that does not run.

Compatibility requirements are listed on every product page and in the documentation. A purchase made without meeting them — a missing framework, a missing dependency, an unsupported server configuration — is not a defect.

All products, brands and logos mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. HZ Scripts develops independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re.

Our resources are technical tools. They render and synchronise media from URLs supplied by the server operator. We do not host, provide, index, or distribute any third-party media, and no such content is bundled with any product we sell.

Responsibility for any content displayed through our resources — including its licensing, and its compliance with local law and with the terms of the source it is served from — lies entirely with the server operator who configures it.
