Places & addresses

Open the pause map and go full screen: the panel appears on the right. Top left shows the area under the cursor and your server name, bottom left the scale, and the key bar at the bottom is redone to match.

It works with the mouse and with a gamepad.

Locations tab

Every blip on the map is listed, with its own icon and colour, grouped into categories: Government, Jobs, Shops, Vehicles, Leisure and Other. Your own position is at the top (You), and your waypoint when you have one.

  • Search — type part of a name. Search ignores capitals and accents.
  • Show / hide a type — the checkbox on a line hides every blip of that type on the map. The checkbox on a category header hides the whole category. Hidden types stay hidden next time.
  • Go to a place — click a line and the map centres on it.
  • Places with several spots — shops, banks, barbers… show a counter like 1/8. Flip through the spots with the arrows; the map follows.
  • From the map to the list — click a blip on the map and its line gets picked in the list.
The list refreshes on its own (every 10 s by default), so blips added by your other scripts show up. Blips from your scripts are sorted by their icon; see Categories to place them yourself.

Addresses tab

Find any street or district by name: 88 districts and 226 streets, plus the spots of Cayo Perico.

  • Type part of a name, or a district to list the streets that run through it.
  • Under each street, the districts it crosses are listed.
  • Pick a result and the map centres on it. A long street takes you to its stretch closest to you.
Nothing is placed on the map. If you want the GPS, drop your waypoint yourself with ENTER (or A on a gamepad).

GPS

The GPS route and the waypoint are pink, and so is the Waypoint line in the list, so they stand out on every style. Change the colours, or keep the game's purple, in Config.Gps.
